Audrey is part of the investment team at Acadian Ventures, based between London and New York City.
Prior to Acadian, Audrey was a first-check investor at Speedinvest, a pan-European venture capital firm and one of Europe's most active early-stage investors. At Speedinvest, Audrey specialized in AI, worktech, and workflow automation tools, with investments including Autone.io, FifthDimensionAI.com, GetVocal.ai, Alinia.ai, ContextSDK, and Walt.id. Before Speedinvest, Audrey worked as a consultant for the European Investment Bank's Venture Debt team, leveraging her background as a trained neuroscientist.
Franco-American and born in New York City, Audrey grew up across Europe, including France, Italy, Luxembourg, and the UK. She is fluent in French, Italian, Spanish, and English, and holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Cardiff University and a second Master's degree from The London School of Economics.

Ryan McQueeney is a CFO with specific expertise in startup and venture-backed business. A trained and practiced CPA, he has both practical accounting expertise and financial and controller leadership experience. Ryan also brings the strategic thinking that comes from his MBA and a patient, level-headed demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills. Currently, Ryan serves on the board of advisors for the workforce consulting firm, exaqueo LLC.
Ryan served as the CFO for Hull Street Energy's portfolio companies. He leads all aspects of finance and accounting for HSE's portfolio companies, to include strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, investor relations, and treasury. In addition, Ryan served his community and broadens his skill set as a member of the Board of Directors, Audit & Finance Committee Chair and Executive Committee Member of Behavioral Health Systems Baltimore.
Prior to Hull Street, Ryan was the CFO for RedOwl, a multi-million dollar venture backed analytics startup. He led all aspects of finance and accounting for RedOwl, to include strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, investor relations, and treasury.
Prior to RedOwl, Ryan was the Director of Finance in Competitive Power Ventures where his responsibilities included short and long-term forecasting and budgeting, financial modeling, and treasury functions for a portfolio of assets. He started his career with more than a decade in public accounting across the real estate, technology, and healthcare sectors.
Ryan earned his MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a BS in Accounting from Virginia Tech. Ryan is the proud head coach of his twin daughters' travel softball team.

Thomas joined Acadian Ventures in March 2022 as a General Partner. Prior to Acadian Ventures, Thomas ran Otter Advisory where he advised companies such as Workday, Ultimate Software, Personio, Unit4, HiBoB, 360Learning, SmartRecruiters, Staffbase, Peakon, and many more. Additionally, he worked with private equity and and growth equity firms including Warburg Pincus, Scottish Equity Partners, PSG, Goldman Sachs, and Blackstone Group on M&A strategy, negotiations and due diligence. In addition to being a limited partner in Acadian Ventures first fund he has also been an active angel investor in companies including Reveal, Growblocks, and Maki.
Prior to launching Otter Advisory, Thomas led the product management organization at SAP SuccessFactors, scaling it to more than $1B in annual recurring revenue. with over 50 million global users. Thomas also was a research vice president at Gartner Group where he led proprietary research in HR and HR Technology.
He is a strong believer in lifelong learning, and holds a PhD from KIT, which explored the relationship between enterprise software and compliance. He recently completed the PGDip in Strategy and Innovation at the University of Oxford. He also holds an LLM in Data Protection Law, a PGDip in HR, and a BA (Hons) in Political Science. He is a regular guest lecturer at several universities, and a Fellow of The British Computer Society.
Thomas is an avid runner and cyclist, and has an ever-growing collection of vinyl records. He grew up in South Africa, and now lives in Heidelberg, Germany.

Jason is the founder & General Partner of Acadian Ventures. Acadian Ventures is an early-stage venture capital firm specializing in the Future of Work with investments in companies including Nomi Health, Oyster, SmartRecruiters, Degreed, and Utmost.
Corsello has nearly 20 years experience in the human capital management market as an industry analyst, management consultant, and operating executive. Most recently, Corsello was on the executive leadership team at Cornerstone OnDemand [NASDAQ: CSOD] as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. In this role, Corsello was responsible for driving innovation, go-to-market strategies and new corporate initiatives including guiding M&A, leading the company's corporate venture investments, and overseeing the company’s content strategy and innovation lab. During his tenure, the company grew revenue from $50M to over $500M in 7 years, garnering a market capitalization of over $5 billion.
Corsello joined Cornerstone from HR consulting firm Wipro Limited [NYSE:WIT], formerly Appirio, where he was Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development, responsible for the organization's strategy and solutions. At Appirio, he also developed and launched many new services at the firm and played a lead consulting role with many of the firm's Global 2000 clients including Nike, Dell, and Metlife. Prior to his role with Appirio, Corsello was a research director at Yankee Group (now S&P Global Market Intelligence), leading the company's human capital management and talent management advisory and consulting services. He also spent six years with Flextronics International, where he worked with large, multinational clients in developing their outsourced manufacturing and supply chain strategies.
Corsello is an active participant in the HCM community and is a frequent presenter and panelist at industry events. Corsello is often quoted as an industry expert in human capital management and has been featured in leading publications including The Economist, The Wall Street Journal, and Forbes. Corsello holds a BBA in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.

David is the former chief technology officer at Workday, and is responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s technology.
Since joining Workday in 2008 through the acquisition of Cape Clear Software, David has served in various leadership roles, most recently as senior vice president of technology development. In this role, he oversaw all of the company’s core transaction processing, analytics, and integration frameworks. He also led Workday’s technology initiatives, focusing on the company’s data center infrastructure, public cloud operations, and software development and deployment processes.
Prior to Workday, David was co-founder and senior vice president of products at Cape Clear Software. Earlier in his career, David worked in product management leadership at Iona Technologies. David holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.
